Dear Resident,

 The 16-34 Community Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to the betterment of the living environment of the property owners and residents of Ocean City. 

 We have an active list of committees.  Our long-standing Planning & Zoning committee has been on the leading edge of an island-wide movement to reform Ocean City’s residential zoning ordinances.  Our newly formed Beautification Committee will be partnering with the City to promote the environment.  A new website has been established which connects us with the City’s website listing other organizations, departments and services provided by the City.  Other interests include Scholarships and Contributions, Bike Routes and the Life Saving Station.

 Our dues are $10 per year per family.  We welcome your participation both with your dues and your volunteer services.  Please take a moment to send your 2008 dues and to respond to the question regarding our priorities for the organization.
